All of our pictures come complete with acid free mat boards, UV protection glass and high quality frame moldings. Only the best archival materials are used in our prints and framing. Pictures are guaranteed 75 years light fastness, and are ready for hanging in your home when you unwrap them.

Placing an order
You may place an order anytime 24 hours a day using our website. Art prints receive custom handling from our door to yours. Since all of the pictures are made to order for you, framed prints usually ship within 7-14 days.
U.S. States (Except Alaska and Hawaii)
At this time, Mounts by Mounce Art is only accepting orders from customers with shipping addresses in all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii.
Privacy Policy
Placing orders with Mounts by Mounce Art is completely secure and any information provided to us by our customer is kept private. Customer phone numbers are needed occasionally by FedEx and customer email addresses may be needed by us in case we have to get in touch with you about your order.
Sales Tax
You will not be charged state sales tax unless you have a North Carolina delivery address. 7% sales tax will be added to North Carolina orders.
Shipping
All of our pictures are shipped through FedEx using FedEx Express Saver. Cost of shipping is calculated through the shopping cart. You will be able to track your package through the FedEx website at www.fedex.com. FedEx is unable to deliver to a PO Box. Please provide complete address and phone number.
Returns
Satisfaction guaranteed. In the unlikely event that your picture arrives damaged, just send an email to us at customerservice@mountsbymounceart.com stating the nature of the damage to the package or contents.
